As of January 2013, Department of Health & Family Welfare on behalf of Government of Odisha has invited bids to establish a MBBS Medical college and an Associated Hospital through Public Private Partnership (PPP) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate & Maintain and Transfer (DBFOT) basis
