The Mine Has Been Granted Environment Clearance For Increase In Production Capacity From 49.00 Mtpa To 52.50 Mtpa (Increase Of 10% W.R.T 35 Mtpa) Within Ml Area Of 4184.486 Ha Based On Moef&Cc Om Dated 07.05.2022, Availing Total 50% Relaxation Of Om Dealing With Exemption Of Public Hearing Under Clause 7(Ii) Of Eia Notification 2006. The Eia-Emp Of Gevra Oc Is Prepared Based On Standard Tor In Compliance With The Conditions Mentioned In Office Memorandums (Oms) Issued By Moef&Cc Dated 11.04.2022 And 07.05.2022 For Granting Environmental Clearance (Ec) To Existing Coal Mines With Certain Exemptions And As Per Provisions Of Section 7 (Ii) Of Eia Notification, 2006. The Eia/Emp Report Incorporates The Certified Compliance Report Of Existing Ec From Iro, Moef&Cc Raipur
