Capital Region Development Project Is In Plan To Develop Outer Ring Road At Norther Ring Navaikulam-Thekkada At Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Government Of Keral Is In Plan To Develop Outer Ring Road Of 77.773km.The ORR Is Planned In Two Stretches Comprising Of A Northern Ring And A Southern Ring. The Northern Ring Starts At Navaikulam And Ends At Thekkada Covering Total Of 29.800 Km. Southern Ring (47.973 Km) Is Divided Into Two Sections: Section-1 From Thekkada To Vizhinjam, Section-2 From Thekkkada To Mangalapuram. With ORR (Northern And Southern Rings) In Place, It Will Form Complete Ring Around Thiruvananthapuram City.
