Deep Alloys Is An Existing Industrial Unit Manufacturing M.S. Billets: 2315 MT/Month At Block No. 86, Arsoda, Sabardairy – Talod Road, Ta-Prantij, Dist-Sabarkantha, Gujarat, Pin-383210. Now Company Plan For Expansion Of Its Present Production Capacity From 2315 MT/Month To 8500 MT/Month For MS Billets And Also Want To Add TMT Bars 15,000 MT/Month& ERW Pipe 6000 MT/Month In Production Line. Capacity Of Present Induction Furnace (2 Nos. With 2 Crucible) Is 11.5 MT/Hr Whereas Company Wants To Add Another Induction Furnace (2 Nos. With 2 Crucible) Having 11.5 MT/Hr Capacity To Achieve Proposed M.S Billets Production Capacity. Also, Company Want To Install Heating Furnace Having Capacity Of 25 MT/Hr For TMT Bars And Similarly Another Heating Furnace Having Capacity 16.8 MT/Hr For ERW Pipes.
