Hariom Pipe Industries Limited (Formerly Known As Hariom Concast & Steels Pvt. Ltd.) Is Located In 15 Acres Of Land At Survey No.58, 58/P, 62, 63, 64, 39 & 39/A, Peddayapally (V), Balanagar (M), Mehboobnagar District Of Telangana State, Is Already Manufacturing Steel Ingots And Billets. Presently It Has Two Induction Furnaces; Two With 15.0 Tones Per Hour Capacity (One Operational & One Stand-By), With Total Production Of 63,000(210TPD) Tons Per Annum Of Ingots And Billets. One Coal Gasified Re-Heating Furnace Of Capacity(210TPD) 63000TPA Is Used For Further Processing Of Ingots And Billets In One Re-Rolling Mill Unit Producing 63,000 (210 TPD) Tons Per Annum Of Strips/Coils, Channels, Angles, TMT Bars, Girders & Other Rolled Materials. Now The Company Proposes To Expand The Production By Increasing Production Of Existing 15 TPH Furnaces From 63,000 TPA To 66,000 TPA Ingots And Billets. Installing New Induction Furnaces
(One Operational & One Stand-By) Of 20 TPH Producing 240 TPD/ 79,200 TPA Of Ingots And Billets. It Is Also Proposing To Install Two More Units Of Induction Furnaces Each Having Two 25 TPH Furnaces (One Operational & One Stand-By) Producing 300 TPD/ 99,000 TPA Each. One Additional Re-Heating Furnace With Coal Gasifier Of Capacity (210TPD) 63000TPA Will Also Be Installed. The Existing Re-Rolling Mill Unit’s Production Will Be Increased From 210 TPD To 240 TPD And Two New Re-Rolling Mill Of 240TPD (79,200 TPA) And 600TPD (1, 98,000 TPA) Will Also Be Installed. Another DG Set Of 1000 KVA Capacity And A New Slag Crusher Is Also To Be Installed.
