Tender For Implementation Of Indas ( Ifrs ) In National Seeds Corporation Limited, New Delhi-1. Study And Evaluation Of Accounting Policy And Procedure Related To Implementation Of Ind As. 2. Identify First-Time Application Issues. 3. Train Core Team On Overview, Challenges And Key Differences Between Existing Indian Gaap And Applicable Ind As. 4. Impact / Gap Assessment Including I.T. Systems Implemented / Under-Implementation. 5. Pro Forma Detailed Technical Assessment Of The Differences In The Nsc’S Accounting Policies, Disclosures, And Financial Statement Presentations With Respect To Existing Indian Gaap And Applicable Ind As. Review And Modify Existing Policies And Procedures, Manuals And Reporting Packages For Group Entities To Incorporate Ind As For Financial Reporting. 6. Assist In Formulation Of Reconciliation Process From Existing Indian Gaap To Applicable Ind As Including Development Of Standard Reconciliation Template To Document The Specific Adjustments And / Or Reclassifications Resulting From Analysis. Accordingly Finalize Ind As Accounting Policies For Nsc Followed By Certification. 7. Develop Road Map ( Including Timing And Sequence ) And Assist In Implementation Of Ind As In Line With The Guidelines / Recommendations / Instructions Of Ministry Of Corporate Affairs / Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India. 8. Timely Incorporation Of Any Changes Proposed In Ind As By The Ministry Of Corporate Affairs / Institute Of Charted Accountants Of India And Develop Approach To Address Those Changes. 9. Work Collaboratively With Nsc’S Management To Prepare The Ind As Opening Balance Sheet As At April 1, 2015 And Prepare The Reconciliations Between Existing Indian Gaap And Applicable Ind Asas At That Date. 10.Work Collaboratively With Nsc’S Management To Prepare Ind As Financial Statements For The Year Ending March 31, 2016 Along With Complete Disclosures Followed By Certification. This Is Required For Previous Year Comparison While Making 2016-17 Financial Statement. 11.Work Collaboratively With Nsc’S Management To Prepareind As Financial Statements For The Year Ending March 31, 2017 Along With Complete Disclosures ( Including Risk Management Disclosures ) Followed By Certification. 12.To Assist Nsc At The Time Of Statutoryaudits ( Both Ho And Branches ) And Cag Audits On Ind As Related Issues. 13.Preparation Of Annual Report For The Year Ending March 31, 2017 As Per Ind As For Placing Before The Board And Agm. 14.To Advise On The Above Aspects For Nsc’S Associate Companies.
