Tender For All Consultants Are Invited To Participate In Bidding For The Work:- Detailed Survey, Design And Preparation Of Detailed Project Report For The Construction Of Saranda Area Mega Rural Pipe Water Supply Scheme In Manoharpur Block With Ogee Type Overflow Spillway Or Submerged Weir Having Suitable Height From River Bed At Suitable Length Intervals Including Upstream And Downstream Protection Arrangement In Koilikaro River Flowing In Within Saranda Areal Natural Drainage Of Mountain In That Area Of West Singhbhum District. Proposed Scheme To Cover The Population As Per 2011 Census As Given In Schedule A Including Contouring Of Entire Water Pounding Area, Geotechnical Investigation And Capacity Determination With The Help Of Recent Softwares, Assessment Of The Related Asset Life, Due Diligence Of The Population Profile Around The Reservoir: ( Cause Effect Analysis ) , Assessment Of The Quantum Of Work To Be Performed By Way Of Construction And Beautification Work To Be Performed, Study Of The Prevention Of Pollution From Incoming Water Sources By Interception, Diverting And Treating The Pollution Loads Before Entering The Reservoir. The Interception And Diversion Works May Include Sewerage & Re- Sewerage Treatment For The Entire Catchment Area Upstream Of The Weir Construction Site, Catchment Area Treatment May Include Forestation, Storm Water Drainage, Silt Traps, Strengthening Of Bunds, Lake Fencing Shoreline Development Etc. As Per The Guidelines Of National Lake Conservation Plan, Lake Front Eco Development Including Public Interface, Prevention Of Pollution By Non-Point Sources By Providing Low Cost Sanitation, Cost Of The Project, Project Milestones To Be Achieved Environmental Impact Assessment, Tender Document Preparation, Technical Evaluation Of The Tender.
