I ) Water Resources Data Acquisition, Ii ) Water Resources Information System, Iii ) Water Resources Operations And Planning And Iv ) Water Resources Institutional Capacity Enhancement ( C ) Strengthening Of Flood Modeling Capacity Of Wrd Consists Of I ) Operationalization And Use Of Ensemble Rainfall Forecasts And Near-Real Time Rainfall Estimates, Ii ) Improve And Upgrade Flood Forecast Model, Iii ) Community Based Flood Risk Management And Iv ) Capacity Building, Training And Outreach. ( D ) Bihar Kosi Flood Recovery Project For Execution Of Structural And Nonstructural Works, ( E ) Bihar Kosi Basin Development Project For Execution Of Structural And Nonstructural Works And ( F ) Other Related Works As And When Required By Sponsoring Agency / Department
