Vi. Advice Hescom In All Matters Related To It Related Hardware And Services. Vii. Monitor And Regularly Update The Antivirus And Fireguard Protection Etc., In Server And All Hescom Owned Computer. Viii. Submit Weekly Usage And Down Time Report Of Network Connectivity Provided By Network Vender. Ix. Certify And Advise Hescom For Any Purchase Of It Related Hardware Equipment In Hescom. X. Provide Information To Hescom Regarding Implementing Data Communication Network Of Hescom Covering Complete Hescom Area. Xi. The Agency Shall Depute A Consulting Engineer ( Hardware And Networking Engineer ) At Hescom, Corporate Office To Provide Assistance To Hescom And Work With The Existing Group Of Hescom During The Office Hours. Xii. The Agency Shall Submit Reports Regarding Any It Related Query Of Hescom Within The Specified Time Limit. Xiii. The Consulting Engineer Deputed By The Bidder Shall Be Having A Minimum Qualification Of Diploma In Hardware And Networking With A Minimum Experience Of 2 Years In This Field. Xiv. The Consulting Engineer Will Report To Superintending Engineer ( Ele ) Information Technology, Corporate Office Along With Originals Certificates And Has To Maintain Daily Attendance Register And The Same Has To Be Verified By Executive Engineer ( It ) . Xv. The Consulting Engineer Shall Maintain A Daily Work Extract And The Monthly Work Extract And Same Shall Be Enclosed Along With The Bill. Xvi. Any Other It Related Duties Assigned By Executive Engineer ( It ) Like Epabx, Lan, Videoconferencing, Cctv, Biometric And Website Updates Etc., Xvii. The Hardware Engineer Shall Be Available In Corporate Office From 9.30 Am To 6.30 Pm On All Working Days. Xviii. The Consulting Engineer Shall Not Switch Off His Mobile And He Shall Inform His Mobile Number To All The Offices.
