    Tender Details

    I.The Scope Of The Project For The Mine Operator Includes: (A)Development Of The Mines In Accordance With The Coal Mining Agreement; (B)Operation And Maintenance Of The Mines In Accordance With The Coal Mining Agreement; (C)Excavation And Delivery Of Coal At The Delivery Point In Accordance With The Coal Mining Agreement; (D)Establishing And Maintaining A Washery (If Applicable); And (E)Performance And Fulfilment Of All Other Obligations As Detailed In The Coal Mining Agreement. Ii.In Addition To The Scope Of The Project Listed Above: (A)The Mine Operator Shall Undertake Rehabilitation And Resettlement Activity As Per The R R Agreement Dated February 28, 2013 Between The Prior Allottee And The Government Of Maharashtra, The Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act 1999, Coal Mining Agreement And Applicable Law; And (B)The Mine Operator May Be Required To Support And Assist Kpcl With The Acquisition Of Land Required For Performing The Scope Of The Project.
