    Work As Below: A) Maintenance Of Dedicated Software Simcon- 32 For Operation Of The Chamber; Its Updation As And When Required; B) Verification Of Health Condition Of Compressor And Other Components In The Refrigeration Network System, Its Rectification Or Replacement, If Found Faulty Or Abnormal; C) Checking Of Components In The Electrical And Control Panels, Safety Devices, Sensors Etc.; D) Cleaning The Condenser, Checking Of Refrigerant Pressure, Cooling Rate, Heating Rate. Resetting Of Expansion Valves And Other Control Devices, If Required To Obtain Optimum Efficiency; E) Checking Of Compressor Oil Level, Crankcase Heater, Power Consumption, Suction And Discharge Pressure Etc. Charging Of Refrigerant, If Required (Refrigerant Will Be Supplied By Ertl(E); F) Checking Of Plc Parameters, Up-To-Date Software And Its Up-Gradation If Any Need To Be Done Free Of Cost; G) Preventive Maintenance Visit Must Be Made At Least Four Times In A Year; H) Additional Visit Charge Need Be Mentioned; I) Cost Of Spares, If Required, Will Be Borne By Ertl(East); J) Service Call For Attending Fault At Chamber Must Be Attended To Within Maximim Of Five Days; K) Payment Will Be Made Only After Rendering Of Service
