    Contract For Monthly Photo Meter Reading At Consumers PremisesThrough Digital Photography And Digital Cameras Of 7.0 Mega Pixel OrAbove With Data Punching Under Bhandup Division.ImportantThe Bidder Shall Submit His Offer In Two Parts.Part No.1 Qualifying Bid No.2 Price BidPart No.1 : Qualifying Bid Shall Have Attested Copies Of Following Valid Documents ?1)The Average Annual Turnover Of The Bidder Should Be 30% Of Estimated Cost(Bid Value) In The Last Three Financial Years. The Bidder Shall Enclose A Copy Of The Turnover Certificate Certified By The Chartered Accountant .2)The Bidder Shall Be An Established Organization Having Minimum Experience Amounting To Rs.15 Lacs From The Year 2014 Onwards In Photo Billing/Rf Billing. Out Of Which One Work Order/Contract (Denotes Executed Only) Should Be Of Photo Billing For Amount Equivalent To At Least 15% Of The Estimated Cost Of The Tender Or Meter Reading Involving Not Less Than 4 Lacs Consumers Per Year . Bidder Shall Enclosed The Experience Certificate Issued By Competent Authority I.E. Executive Engineer And Above, For Satisfactorily Completion Of Reading Work In Msedcl Or Any Other Electricity Distribution Company. Bidder Shall Enclose The Necessary Documents In Support Of This Along With The Offer. However Executive Engineer, Bhandup Dn Reserves Full Rights To Make Any Changes If Required.3)The Agency Must Be Having Its Office In Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/Thane. 4)Valid Electrical Contractors License5)Valid Registration Under Shop And Establishment Act6)Service Tax Registration Certificate 7)Registration Under Provident Fund Act .8)Registration Under Employees Insurance Act (Esic )9)Valid Labour Contract License .10)Income Tax Return Of Last 1 Years And Pan No.11)Tender Fee And E.M.D. Paid Receipt.Part No.2 : Price Bid Shall Have Only Tender Document Properly Filled, Quoting Your Rates.
