    Contract For Monthly Photo Meter Reading At Consumers Premises Through Digital Photography And Digital Cameras Of 7.0 Mega Pixel Or Above With Data Punching Under Bhandup Division.. 2. Qualifying Requirement Of The Vendor: Qualifying Bidder Shall Have To Submit Attested Copies Of Following Valid Documents? 1. Service Tax Registration. 2. Registration Under Provident Fund Act. 3. Registration Under Employee Insurance Act. 4. Registration Under Shop And Establishment Act. 5. Company Registration Certificate. 6. The Minimum Annual Turnover Of The Bidder Shall Be 50% Of Bid Value In The Last One Financial Year. The Bidder Shall Enclose A Copy Of The Turnover Certificate Certified By The Chartered Accountant / Chartered Engineer. 7. The Bidder Shall Be An Established Organization Having Minimum One Year Experience In Photo Billing Or Spot Billing Or Meter Reading Involving Not Less Than Four Lakhs Consumers Per Year. Bidder Shall Enclosed The Experience Certificate For Satisfactorily Completion Of Photo Billing Work In Msedcl For Any One Of Last Two Year For Above Given Consumers I.E. Four Lakhs. Bidder Shall Enclose The Necessary Documents In Support Of This Along With The Offer. 8. The Agency Must Be Have Its Office In Bhandup/Mulund /Thane City. Also The Agencies Having Work Experiences In Metro City Like Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane Etc. 9. Solvency Certificate Valid For The Current Year From Nationalized/ Schedule Bank For 50% Of Bid Value. 10. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate/Pan No/ Last Year Income Tax Paid Certificate. 11. The Provisions Being Made For Educated Unemployed Co-Operative Societies By The Government Through Circulars From Time To Time Will Be Considered Provided Submission Of The Valid Documents. 12. Money Paid Receipt Of Tender Fee And E.M.D.
