Each Unit Of The System Should Be Provided With An Usp Integral Or External With Backup Of The Least 15 Minutes. C.During The Warranty Period And Also During Cmc, Period The Vendor Shall Provide Prompt Services For The System With All Breakdown Call Being Attended Within 12 Hours. Services Should Be Available 24 By 7 On All Days Including Sundays And Public Holidays. Routine Preventive Maintenance Shall Be Available On Sunday And Public Holidays. D.The Vender Should Have A Full Fledged And Established Service Centre In Mumbai. With Engineers Trained And Qualified In Servicing Cr Systems. Provided Details Of The Same.E.All Equipment And Accessories Part Of The Cr System Should Have The Following Torpicalization A.Operating Room Temperature Up To 30 Degress B.Storage Room Temperature Up To 55 Degress C.Relative Humidity Up To 75Percent Non Condensing F.Training For The End Users I.E. Radiology Technicians, Radioligists And Mec Engineers For A Period Of 1 Months Form The Date Of Installation Is Mandatory. The Vendor Should Make Available Product And Application Specialists For The Training Purpose For The Entire Period. All The Quoted Specification Shall Be Supported By Original Detailed Printed Data Sheet Form The Manufacture Of The Equipment. Photocopies Will Not Be Accepted In Lieu Of The Same.As Per Tender Specifications.
