    Unloading & Segregation Of Different Sizes Of Scrap In Different Areas As Instructed By Hod., Gas Cutting Of The Unloaded Scrap To Size As Fit For Charging To The Furnaces 1Ton & 2 Ton Furnace Heat Wise As The Case May Be, As Per The Charge Calculation/In, Structions.Movement Of Gas Cut Risers, Runners And Other Rejected Castings, Pdo Castings, Machine Shop Turnings & All Returns On Daily Basis, From All Places In Vil To Melting Section Grade/Lot Wise & Making Them Fit For Charging, Cleaning Of The Internal Rejected Castings, Down Sprues, Runner & Gatings, Spillage Etc., Making Them Fit For Charging.Providing Rakes And Slag Spoons Necessary For Induction Furnace Operation.,Chill Making, Collection Of Used Chills From Shake OutArea & Grinding & Shot Blasting And Painting (With Mould Coat And Pre-Heating Of Used Chills).,Fabrication Of Core Re-Inforcement Structure Using Ms Rods As Instructed By Hod.,Stopper Rod Repair And Maintenance. Reconditioning OfLadles,Charging Of Scrap During Melting In Three Shifts And Other Associated Activities In Melting, Like Deslagging As Per Requirement, To Melt The Scrap In Minimum Possible Time Following Standard Practices Of Melting,Collecting Materials From Stores Required For Melting, Relining And Ladle Preparation.Assisting In Ladle Lining And Furnace Patching As Instructed By Shift In-Charge,Cleaning Of Furnace Platforms, Front Pits & Furnace Crucible Area And Scrap Yard,Dismantling Of Old Lining & Making New Lining Of 2 Ton & 1 Ton Both Induction Furnaces,Preparation Of Hoop Strips By Punching With Heat No. & Placing Hoop Strip With Heat No. In Moulds, Assisting The Ladle Man During Ladle Preparation And Pouring,Assisting Shift Fitters/Electricians In Maintaining Furnaces And All Auxiliary Equipments, As Per Enclosed List Of Machineries (Group 1).,One Supervisor Required Per Shift
