Requirement To Be Forward To Hq Eastern Command , Aviation Branch Alongwith Following Document. A Bank Draft For Rs. 100/- In Favour Of Public Fund Account, Headquarters Eastern Command (C-6) Towards Cost Of Tender Documents In A Separate Envelope Alongwith Tender Documents. 3. Sealed Bids Should Be Either Deposited At The Tender Box Marked As Procurement Of Infra Red Helipad Lights Qty 100 Nos Or Send By Registered Post At The Address Given Aviation Branch , Headquarters Eastern Command. A Self Envelope Addressed Affixed With Rs.75/- Be Enclosed For Forwarding The Te Documents By Speed Post. If Request For Te Documents By Post Alongwith Demand Draft And Self Addressed Envelope Not Received At Least Seven Calender Days Before The Tender Opening Date This Hq Will Not Be Responsible For Any Delay In Despatch Of Tender Document To Proposed Supplier Or Vendor And Consequent Submission Tenders Can Be Dropped In The Tender Box Placed At Hq Eastern Command Aviation Branch, Fort William, Kolkata-21 As Per Date And Time Given Above. 4. Tenders Not Received By The Due Date And Time Given Or Superscribed With Tender Item Number And Specific Details Will Not Be Enforced. Tenders Will Be Opended As Indicated In The Presence Of Authorised Representatives Of The Vendors Who Wish To Be Present. If The Date Of Opening Of Tenders Happens To Be A Holiday Or The Board Does Not Assemble Due To The Reasons Like West Bengal And Assam Bandh Etc, The Tenders Will Be Opened On The Next Working Day At The Same Location.
