| 1 | Preparation of Detail Project Report comprising of Site Inspection, consultations with stakeholder, several architectural planning and options study, finalization of Architectural design & Planning, 3D views/walkthrough, Power Point presentations and submission of Concept Design Report.After approval of concept Plan, Geotechnical investigation, Architectural Planning, submission of Draft DPR with Architectural & Structural Drawings, MEP/Lift/HVAC-AC/Acoustics/Fire-Fighting Systems as per detail scope of work.After approval of Draft DPR, submission of Final DPR consisting of final Architectural & Structural Drawings, drawings of MEP/HVAC-AC/Fire-Fighting Systems, Acoustics/ Interior Design & Furniture Layout, submission of Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Technical Specification of BOQ Items, Tender Drawings, Detailed Estimate, Quantity Calculations, Rate Analysis, and Tender Documents, getting Building Plan Sanction from the competent authority, assistance during pre-bid meeting /bid finalization of contract of Civil Contractor, Fire Clearance etc. as required and issue of GFC drawings all complete as per detail scope of work. Periodical Site Inspection and Supervision by the Chief Architect, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Interior Designer and other experts/ Specialists/ their representatives as required from time to time until completion of the Project.
