Extraction of the electromechanical machinery from the existing shed by way of dismantling the whole CGI shed using cranes, manual labour, tools & tackles without damaging existing foundation blocks. The job includes the dismantling & extraction of the following components:-1. 3 cusec x 10 meters discharge HC pump - 02 Nos.2. 20 HP Electric motors - 02 Nos. 3. 100 KVA Voltage stabilizers & Cables- 01 Nos.4. 125 Amp Control Panel - 01 No.5. L&T MUG20 starter - 01 No.6. Priming Pump 2 HP and accessories – 01 No.7. Main switch – 01 No.8. Priming unit switch – 01 No.Two-Way Transportation & Transit HandlingThe job includes loading and safe unloading of all the electromechanical equipments using crane and manual labour on the mechanical transport to safe location decided by firm. The job also includes return trip transportation from safe location decided by firm to LIS Khwaskhan site after completion of civil work (after the pump room is handed over to Mechanical Irrigation Division ie. approx 45 days) including reloading and unloading of all electromechanical equipment.Safe Storage & Weather ProtectionThe job includes safe keeping, secure storage, and complete weather protection (covering all electrical equipment and motors with waterproof sheets to prevent moisture/rust damage). Safe keeping shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor. Any damage, deterioration, loss, or unauthorized alteration to the equipment during dismantling, transit, safe custody, or re-installation, the contractor shall be fully liable to repair or replace the components to the satisfaction of the department at their own expense.Reinstallation, Precision Alignment & Mechanical FittingThe job includes fitting and reinstallation of 2 Nos. HC pumps on existing foundation bases/blocks, coupling with respective 20 HP motors with precision alignment, and testing on partial/full load. Fitting and reinstallation of 01 No. 2HP Priming Pump. The job also includes re-fitting of suction and delivery ends for both pump sets and using new gaskets and bolts, with welding, cutting or any other tools & tackles wherever required. Job also includes the re-fitting of priming pipe and its accessories (foot valve & ball valves) to the priming pump at requisite locations.Electrical Re-termination & CablingSpecialized cleaning of panels, main switch, priming unit switch and starters with specialized cleaners before connections to prevent arcing, re-fitting of voltage stabilizer, mounting starter and control panel, connecting flexible copper cables from panel to starter and motor, and covering with heavy-duty PVC sleeves/conduits. Topping up or refilling of transformer/stabilizer insulating oil (T-Oil) in the 100 kVA voltage stabilizer, including testing, dielectric strength verification, and leak check, if required as per actual site conditions.Testing, Commissioning & ContingenciesComprehensive station testing, load trial, minor repairs, replacements of fasteners/gaskets, and site modifications as per actual execution requirements. Complete job includes cost of material including rebate on old material, labour charges, charges for tools and tackles required for execution of work at LIS Khwaskhan |
