Name of Work:- MTPS- II – Mill Plant Division – Dismantling the defective Hydraulic cylinder assembly from coal mill, transporting it to mill repair bay renewal of oil seals in hydraulic loading oil cylinder, renewal of damaged Nitrile bladder of accumulator, reassembling of accumulator & reconditioned hydraulic loading cylinder assembly in coal mills during COH 2026 (or) within a year.

1Charges for dismantling the, existing defective hydraulic cylinder assembly from coal mill, hydraulic hoses, piston shaft connecting two half coupling plates, holding & supporting the existing hydraulic loading cylinder with top half shaft by using necessary chain blocks, removal of accumulator cylinder & its siphon pipe, removing the cylinder from the bottom clevis joint etc.,
2Charges for leading, lifting & manual transporting of released hydraulic loading cylinder assembly with accumulator from respective mill to repair bay through common walk way side by using necessary chain block arrangement etc… and again transporting the reconditioned hydraulic cylinder assembly from repair bay to the respective coal mill.
3Charges for positioning, aligning & assembling the reconditioned hydraulic cylinder assembly in respective coal mill by using necessary chain block arrangement, inserting the cylinder bottom side pin bolt of the clevis joint, joining the top half hydraulic shaft and cylinder piston shaft using two half coupling plates, positioning & fixing the N2 gas accumulator cylinder near hydraulic cylinder assembly, connecting all hydraulic hoses etc., and finally checking the operation of the piston shaft after putting coal mill into service.
4Charges for dismantling of hydraulic loading cylinder internal parts one by one by using necessary turkey arrangement chain blocks, inspection of piston oil seals, piston rod wiper seal and guide rings etc.., cleaning the complete internals, renewal of oil seals and finally reassembling the internals one by one.
5Charges for dismantling of siphon pipe, lock nut of accumulator mouth, bottom flange, releasing & renewal of damaged bladder, reassembling the accumulator to the hydraulic cylinder and finally refilling of N2 gas at required pressure. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
