| 1 | Charges for dismantling of Lub oil motor from pump, motor coupling, lub oil suction & discharge lines, bellows & wire braided hoses, dismantling of lub oil pump relief valve internals one by one cleaning & inspection of valve body, valve disc, valve seat, compression spring, adjusting screw, spring guide and retaiiner and renewal of suction & discharge line bellows, wire braided hoses, gland packing oil seals, pressure relief valve springs, adjusting screw & gaskets etc and reassembling of all the internals with precise alignment and trial run operation of lub oil pump with adequate pressure. |
| 2 | Charges for dismantling the CCW water pipe lines, cleaning rust particles, renewal of new gaskets, reassembling the CCW Cooling water lines and checking the operation of Lub oil sytem as per direction of Engg-in-charge including hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables. |
| 3 | Charges for emptying, disassembly,separation of plates, cleaning, inspection of plates and gasketes, renewal of damaged gaskets if any, assembling and tightening to the required pack length and checking for satisfactory performance of plate heat Exchanger as per direction of Engg-in-charge including hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables. |
