The Firm Shall Ensure For Supply, Up-Keeping And Maintenance Of Ornamental Potted Plants To Keep In Good And Always In Fresh Condition As Per The Item Of Schedule Of Work. The Firm Should Ensure That The Flower /Plant Should Be Of 1 To 5 Feet In Height, Well Grown And Fully Developed Plant On Proportionate Size Of Plots And To Be Displayed In The Locations Of The Office / Bunglow Premises In Ornamental Pattern, True Alignment As Per The Instruction Of Engineer At Site. The Plant Species Should Be Changed Time To Time, The Flower Pot Should Have Painted As And When Required. Iii)The Maintenance Of The Plant Should Of High Quality And It Is The Responsibility Of The Agency To Maintain The Plants Properly With Proper Manure Etc. Iv) No Dead Or Partially Dead Plant Should Be Displayed. V)Generally Water Shall Be Supplied By The Department As Per The Availability Of Water. But In Case Of Non Availability Of Departmental Water, The Same May Be Arranged By The Agency.
