The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |

(The shelter material and antistatic PVC flooring materials will be supplied by the department at the site) |

| 31 | Tightening of bolts and nuts for the entire ground based tower of 40M high, weighing about 8.30MT including fixing of necessary missing angles, plates,bolts and nuts, plain and spring washers, check nuts, etc., complete wherever required and tightening of bolts and nuts with Torque Wrench as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (Rate includes the cost of tightening of existing bolts and nuts with plain washers and spring washers and checknuts, necessary scaffolding arrangement, helmets, ropes, pullies and other safety arrangements etc., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment for missing angles, plates,bolts and nuts shall be made seperately under relevant item). |
