The pipes are to be painted with one coat of tar and tightly pastened with tar dipped gunny tape, etc., complete complying with standard specification. The G.I. pipes shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work. (The earth work excavation, re-filling the trench with excavated earth, crushed stone sandfilling, etc., shall be measured and paid separately under respective items) - Below Ground Level. |
