The scope shall also include preparation of detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), value engineering and alternative analysis, Environmental Management Plan (EMP), Draft Detailed Project Report (DPR), Draft Bid Documents, and safeguard documents such as Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) / Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Resettlement Plan (RP) / Due Diligence Report (DDR), as applicable, in accordance with the latest applicable MoRTH, IRC, BIS, CPWD, Government of Puducherry, ADB guidelines, and other relevant statutory requirements. |
