| 1 | Dismantling of Existing MS Windows:Carefully dismantling existing MS windows including frame from its position without damaging the adjoin structure / surrounding area and without hindering normal working of the Bank in the workman like manner. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of required material, tools and tackles, labour involved, carting away debris outside the Bank’s premises using staircase, transportation, cleaning the area after completion of work at all levels etc. complete as directed.Existing MS Windows of approximate size 2400 x 600 mm- 89 Nos |
| 2 | Covering of the windows from Inside: Providing and fixing of the 12mm thick plywood sheeting on temporarily basis to cover the existing window openings from inside of the building with 250 mm cover on each side, thereby preventing ingress of construction dust into office and record rooms. The plywood shall be securely mounted on a supporting framework constructed from 100 x 50mm locally available wooden battens. The entire assembly shall be carefully dismantled upon completion of external window installation including cleaning of the site and making good the all structural damages. |
| 3 | Plaster cum Levelling course of window sill, jambs & soffits.After removing the existing MS windows all the developed gaps, damaged walls, and minor repairs of sill, jambs & soffits shall be repaired / levelled with using polymer modified mortar of average thickness 10 to 15 mm thick of approved brand and application shall be done as per the manufacturers’ specifications.The rates shall be inclusive of all levies, material, labour, transportation etc. including all lead and lift and clearing of site as directed etc. complete. |
| 4 | Granite stone Sill, Jambs and Soffits around the window opening.Providing, supplying and fixing 16mm to 18mm thick and 300mm wide granite stone of approved shade for sill, jambs & soffit around the window opening using platinum quality chemical / adhesive of approved brand with approximate average thickness of chemical adhesive in average 5mm thickness. The granite stone with edge polishing on both sides and with mirror finished top surface shall be fixed using approximate 2 inch S.S. screws not more than 750mm c/c. Granite shall be fixed in line level and plumb to get proper rectangular opening for fixing the DGU windows.The rates shall be inclusive of all levies, material, labour, transportation etc. including all lead and lift and clearing of site as directed etc. complete.(Basic price of Granite stone Rs.2500/sqm exclusive of the CP and GST) |
| 5 | Double Glazed Windows:Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.1. Specification of Fixed glass section ( 2 nos. of 0.6 x 0.6m for each window) are as given : Using R1 series with frame (33mm & above ) x (35mm & above). (Height upto 0.90 metre)2. Specification of Openable section ( 2 nos. of 0.6 x 1.2m for each window) are as given: Using R2 series with frame (39mm & above) x (39mm & above) & sash/mullion (39mm & above) x (60mm & above). (Height upto 1.2 metre)3. Specification of Glazing areas given : Providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminium windows, ventilators and partition etc. with 6 mm thick clear float glass both side, having 12 mm air gap, including providing EPDM gasket, perforated aluminium spacers, desiccants, sealant (Both primary and secondary sealant) etc. as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer in-charge complete.The rates shall be inclusive of material, labour, transportation etc. including all lead and lift and clearing of site as directed etc. complete.[Note: above mentioned dimensions are minimum requirements. The readily available sections satisfying above requirements and specifications with same /or next available higher side dimensions shall be used without any claim to extra cost. Tenderer shall confirm the same with manufacturers prior to quoting the rates]. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to two story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. | 7 | Providing and applying a coat of approved quality water based exterior alkali & fungal resistance primer cum sealer and two or more coats of approved quality & shade 100% Premium quality acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon additives, high sheen etc. on walls, beams, columns, chajjas / canopies, balconies, sun-shades, parapets, water tanks, Mumty room, staircase etc., having all types of finishes like plain, sand faced, sponge finished, rough cast, painted walls with different type of paints, etc. as per manufacturer's specifications. The rate shall be inclusive of all leads & lifts, cleaning of site on daily basis, removal of debris outside the Bank's premises etc. complete as required at site or as directed by the Bank's Engineer in the following sequences:(i) Carefully scraping, Cleaning the entire surface thoroughly with clean water using wire brush, removal of lose paint surfaces, coir brush, sand paper or any other approved device or methodology or as directed.(ii) Filling the hairline cracks with approved quality exterior cement- based polymer crack filler / crack sealer as per the manufacturer specification / tender part I.(iii) Providing and applying a coat of approved quality water based exterior alkali and fungal resistant primer cum sealer.(iv) Providing and applying two or more coats of approved quality & shade 100 % Premium quality acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon additive, high sheen, company / depot tinted as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Bank's Engineer by using approved quality bristle brush or roller if permitted by the Bank's engineer as per site conditions to get desired finish.Note:- Only flat surface area (Length/width x Height) without any coefficient for rough cast / sand faced / rendered / exposed brick surface / plain or any other type of surface) has been taken for the measurement of tentative area for each block.Minimum consumption should be @ 1.43 ltrs / 10 Sqm for two or more coat paint and @2.2ltrs/10 Sqm for exterior primer.
