Supply of coil production of panel 701mm and fabrication of Self supported truss -less arch roofing with 1 mm thick Galvalume sheet OFF white colour material. Panel will be produced at the site by using required machineries with 1 mm imported Korean material Dong-kuk / JSW of width 710 mm having the specification PPGL-PRE-PAINTED Alu-Zinc Steel Sheet AZ 150 (Galvalume base-An Alloy of 57% Aluminium + 43% Zinc ). Sheet will be erected without any overlaps in span and truss work inside , in length wise sheet can join by using interlocking technology without any screws or bolts., Sheet will be profiled to the final shape that width must not greater than 701 mm in arch shape by giving required corrugation. At the edges high quality bolts (grade 8.8) are used to fix the sheet with structural beam |
