| 4 | M&L for laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified in Table 400-1 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works,2013,in a single layer of compacted subgrade with natural sand ,crushed gravel,crushed stone,crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required .The material are mechanically mixed ,spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of maximum dry density.Consolidating to required gradient and camber ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note : following Aggregate size and there proportion shall be used (i) 50%- 65 mm aggregate size & (ii) 50% - 40 mm aggregate size) |
| 5 | M&L for laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet mix Macadum (WMM) in Two layers of 75 mm (compacted thickness) each and one layer of 50 mm (compacted thickness) grading as per Grade I as specified in Table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works,2013, manafactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clan ,crushed graded aggregate and granular material premixed water to dense mass,spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of maximum dry density.Consolidating to required gradient and camber ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.The finished surface tolerence shall be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works,2013 (Note : following Aggregate size and there proportion shall be used (i) 50%- 25 mm aggregate size & (ii) 40% - 10 mm aggregate size & (iii) 10 % -stone dust) |
