312 mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar on brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm. including supply of all materials, labour,T & P etc. As per SI No 584(a)
4Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20kg/10 sqm DSR 13.45.1
5Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution
6Lettering or writing with desired paint on the gate
7M.s or tor steel work in small size work such as hold fast with complete
