| 3 | Part - C : Maintenance of E/M Assets at Chandigarh through (Comprehensive AMC) ( ITEM RATES TO BE QUOTED FOR EACH ITEM OF CAMC from Sr No. 2.01 to 2.57 )Brief scope :a) On site Preventive Maintenance, Routine and Breakdown maintenance of all office Computers / Laptops, Printers, UPS,Scanners, Network devices, software’s (both on Linux and Windows) etc .Asset Management and equipment History – Complete asset management and document the nature of problem occurring in a particular machine and identifying it to a particular component or software shall be maintained. b) Software maintenance by the IT Systems Manager / IT engineer.c) Unscheduled, on call, corrective and remedial maintenance service. d) Cleaning of equipment like CPU Unit, keyboard, monitor and printer with vacuum cleaner as and when required. e) Regular cleaning of Virus/Malware on each system or as required. f) The Contractor’s IT resident engineer may be also required provide services during installation of newly procured hardware to carry out jobs, such as data transfer, data backup, etc., as instructed by CCE (R&D) Estates, North Chandigarh users from time to time;g) The contractor’s technical personal shall carry out petty repairs of IT equipment as per instruction by CCE (R&D).h) Network and Server management, administration, and maintenance including connectivity to networked printers.j) Manage licensing for software.k) Local and field data backup.l) Monitor and install Patches and Updates for Servers and networked computers.m) Documenting and optimizing of existing server operations during initial hand-off of Managed IT services.n) Independent monitoring the performance of the intranet and implementation of the security policies, firewall management. o) Administering network port management, new installations, etc. p) Management of Intranet IP addresses. q) Liaising with external agencies for network support and troubleshooting.r) Overall responsibility of network availability and uptime.s) Coordination with field engineers for timely troubleshooting of field requests.t) Maintaining the security and access logs.u) Proactive escalation for maintenance and up-keeping of the network infrastructure.v) O&M of Office Surveillance System w)The scope of work includes the operation and routine maintenance for CCTV Surveillance systemTo keep surveillance at entrance locations.
