Name of Work:- PROVISION OF DOOR FOR SCREEN WALL ALONG PARADE GROUND AT ICGS RATNAGIRI.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Supply & fixing of prefabricated clay model, mould and casted door screen model both side (front and back) up to approximate size 5 metres wide and 6.5 high, executed in GFRC material in wooden finish of selected pattern, design, texture as approved by Engineer in Charge, including fabrication and installation mounting and fixing of hardware such as brackets, screws & fishers, bearing and all connected items for hassle free installation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i)The design & drawing shall be prepared & submitted by the contractor for prior approval by Accepting officer before execution of work. (ii) If any minor electrical or civil fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as existing.
2Material and Labour preparing Old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/prepared surfaces.
