| 1 | Disconnection of power and control cables from motor starter panel by engaging a skilled Electrician; securing cables in a suitable location without damage. |
| 2 | De-bolting of top cover, lifting the pump motor unit from the sump chamber with the help of special lifting arrangement and to be kept at safe side. |
| 3 | Disconnetcting the cable connections from pump motor with necssary tools and tackles and thorough external cleaning of the pump motor unit. |
| 4 | Careful removal of bellmouth,diffuser,mechanical seal assembly,bearings etc. by skilled personnel to prevent damage to associated parts. |
| 5 | Complete dismantling of the motor part ( motor cover/casing, drainage of oil , rotor with shaft, etc.) using specialized tools and tackles. |
| 6 | Removal of damaged windings and cleaning of stator slots for re-winding. |
| 7 | Complete re-winding of the stator with new conductors (original shape/size) using standard insulation; including baking, varnishing, curing, and HV testing. |
| 8 | Thorough cleaning, drying, and de-rusting of the rotor unit and shaft assembly as per EIC direction. |
| 9 | Supply and replacement of 1 no. mechanical seal (120 mm dia) ; Silicon Carbide vs. Tungsten Carbide faces with Viton O-Rings and SS springs of any reputed make. |
| 10 | Supply and replacement of 1 no. mechanical seal (110 mm dia); Silicon Carbide vs. Tungsten Carbide faces with Viton O-Rings and SS springs of any reputed make. |
| 11 | Re-assembly of the complete motor unit using necessary gaskets, specified rubber rings, nuts, and bolts, including the re-termination and resin-poured jointing of the power cable to the motor terminal. |
| 12 | Fitting and fixing of impeller, diffuser, and associated components using specialized tools. |
| 13 | Supply ,fitting and fixing of all necessary consumables, high temperature grease, parafil oil, gasket sealing compounds, oil seals etc. |
| 14 | Supply of specific grade oil for the oil chamber and filling to the required level. |
| 15 | Nitrogen sealing test, Compressed Air leakage test for seal chamber, and IR value measurement of the pump motor unit as per standard practice and direction of EIC. |
| 16 | Painting of the pump motor unit including surface scraping and preparation as required. |
| 17 | Thorough inspection and repair of power and control cables for submersible use including supplying of cotton hose for covering up the cables. |
| 18 | Sealing of motor top cover cable gland (internal/external) with resin moulding to prevent water ingress. |
| 19 | Lowering down of the pump unit after complete assembling and also proper electrical connection (Power and Control) to be made with the starter panel. |
| 20 | Re installation of the pump into its designated location, ensuring all parts are securely fitted. Afterward, the top cover should be bolted properly. A test run should be carried out to check the pump’s functioning correctly in the presence of the EIC. |
