| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) Lightning Protection Terminal, having a claimed radius of protection of 79 metres (Protection radius of 79 metres to be supported by manufacturer's design calculations.)designed to generate an upward propagating streamer earlier than conventional air terminals or other objects during the initial phase of thunderstorm development, by collecting and storing ground charge and emitting strong and consistent upward streamers to intercept downward lightning leaders.The ESE terminal shall conform to applicable standards NF C 17-102 and UNE 21186 and shall be capable of withstanding multiple 40 kA current impulses. (Test certificates for multiple 40 kA impulses to be uploaded).The terminal shall be provided with high-quality anti-corrosive and electrically conductive coating, lightweight construction and low wind resistance. The item shall include all necessary mounting arrangements, accessories, installation, testing and commissioning, along with a minimum 5-year replacement warranty. |

Copper-bonded steel earth electrode rod of 17.2 mm diameter and 10 ft (3.0 m) length, with minimum 250-micron copper coating, including welded connection plate.ii. Earth enhancement compound (PRO ASEM GB), 25 kg.iii. Protective polyethylene cover.iv. Copper bonding strip of size 25 mm × 3 mm, 2 metres in length, for interconnection and bonding of electrodes.v. Complete installation in a two-rod grid configuration, including all necessary accessories, connections, excavation, backfilling, testing and commissioning. |

The counter shall comprise a rectifier, capacitor and electronic switching mechanism connected to a mechanical counting relay for accurate recording of lightning strikes.The complete assembly shall be housed in a robust, weatherproof and corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy enclosure with a minimum IP67 degree of protection. A suitable transparent viewing window shall be provided for easy reading of the six-digit counter display. The unit shall be suitable for outdoor installation and capable of reliable operation under adverse weather conditions.The item shall conform to the applicable requirements of IEC 62305 and include all necessary mounting brackets, connecting terminals, accessories, installation, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects. |
| 6 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Lightning Protection Test Link with Weatherproof PVC Enclosure, designed to provide a secure and accessible maintenance and testing interface between the lightning protection system down conductor and the earth electrode.The test link shall facilitate safe disconnection of the earthing system for measurement of earth resistance and continuity testing without disturbing or dismantling the permanent lightning protection network. The assembly shall comprise a heavy-duty, corrosion resistant conducting link with suitable terminals, connecting bolts, nuts and washers, housed in a durable weatherproof PVC enclosure suitable for outdoor installation.The test link shall be designed to withstand lightning impulse currents up to 100 kA and shall conform to the applicable requirements of IS/IEC 62305 and NFPA 780.The item shall include all necessary mounting arrangements, connectors, accessories, installation, testing and commissioning complete in all respects. |
