| 1 | Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of a teakwood ornamental entrance door of overall size 2.45 m × 2.60 m, complete in all respects, as per the following specifications. The outer frame of the ornamental entrance door shall be made of teakwood scantlings of size 125 × 100 mm. The door shall have a double-leaf openable portion of size 1.25 m × 2.03 m. The portions on both sides and above the openable shutters shall be provided with fixed glazing and decorative grills. Each openable shutter shall consist of a top panel of 1.05 m height and a bottom vertical panel of 1.00 m height. The bottom rail of each shutter shall be of size 200 × 50 mm, while the top, middle and side rails shall be of size 150 × 50 mm. All the rails shall be provided with ornamental corner beading and decorative design works. The shutter panels shall be made of 50 mm thick teakwood planks, including special curved ornamental works. The outer frame shall be provided with decorative border works on the entrance-facing side, and the middle frame shall have decorative border works on both sides. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, labour, manufacturing, transportation, supplying, fixing and all necessary furniture fittings and accessories, including the following: Special heavy-duty brass aldrop of size 300 × 20 mm – 2 Nos. Special heavy-duty brass tower bolts of 300 mm length – 2 Nos. and 200 mm length – 1 No. Special heavy-duty brass hinges of 200 mm length – 8 Nos. Special door stopper – 2 Nos. Special ornamental door handles – 4 Nos. Door bushes and door stoppers, wherever required. Using toughened Glass 8mm thick fixed portions. Holdfasts – 4 Nos on each side of the frame. All teakwood members shall be finished with one coat of suitable primer followed by two coats of melamine polish, complete in all respects, as directed by the Departmental Engineers.. |
| 2 | Supplying and fixing following Ornamental Burma Teakwood framed fixed glazing as per the drawings and designs approved by the departmental officers .The size of the opening is 1.8 x 1.30m. The outer teakwood frame of 125mmx100mm and the opening shall be divided into partitions as per the approved drawings using teakwood frame of 125x100mm both horizontally and vertically. The openings finished with fixed glazing of approved pattern using 12mm thick toughned glass. All the frames shall given the two coats of best approved quality melamine finish. The rate inclusive of cost of approved quality teakwood, 12mm thick designed toughened glass etc.The cost also includes cost of material, labour charges, conveyance charges, fixing charges, carving charges and fixed glass design charges, electricity charges and all other incidental charges., etc. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works. |
