Licence shall be perpetual and registered in the name of CIAL. Complete for deployment on the server environment (virtual machine) provided by CIAL. |

Each BOQ quantity shall provide connectivity for a minimum of 15 devices; where an individual device has lower capacity, the required number of devices shall be supplied within one BOQ quantity. |

| 16 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for the complete EMS (software, meters, gateways, panels, workstations, network equipment and cabling supplied under this contract) for 5 years after the 2-year warranty/DLP period, including OEM software maintenance subscription, updates, upgrades, security patches, preventive and breakdown maintenance, replacement of defective hardware, four quarterly preventive maintenance visits and two emergency breakdown visits per year, remote maintenance and troubleshooting wherever feasible, additional configuration and integration of compatible field devices within the available software licence capacity, and compliance with the CIAL Cybersecurity SLA.
