| 4 | Providing and laying outdoor rubber flooring of Malaysian UV EPDM Granule (IAAF Approved) with BASF PU binder (World Glass Binder for Wet Pour flooring, UV protected) imported EPDM. It should be 100% hygienic and safe for kids, eco-friendly and non-toxic flooring of 36mm thick (30+6) etc. as directed. Base layer 30mm SBR (Buffing) with 6mm EPDM Top layer in situ Rubber flooring. The size of EPDM Granules is 1-4 mm. The base will be SBR buffing size 0.8mm to 2.36mm, well compacted with BASF PU Birder at ratio 18% by weight of EPDM.(Approved make: VIP Play, Royal Play, KOOCHIE, Zenith, Rayzon, APEX Sports, Asian flooring India PVT LTD or approved equivalent)Contractor shall provide min. one year warranty certificate from the manufacturer/authorised dealer counter signed by the contractor in approved format(Basic rate of Providing and Fixing EPDM Flooring including all materials, consumables etc.: Rs. 3000 per sqm without GST) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
