The length, height, width of the body shall not exceed 130mm., 20mm. and 105mm. respectively. The area of each reflective surface shall not be lessthan 13Sqm. on each site sloping at the angle of 35+5 Degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. It shall be comply to specification of category 'A' of MORT & H Circular No. RW/ΝΗ 33023/10/97-Do-III dt. 11.06.1997 lences shall be moulded of Methylmethecrylate confirming to ASTMD788 or equavalant. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc.. All T & P/M-Material and labour required for proper completion of the (including labour cess but excluding GST.).Note: The complete warrantly jontly signed by original manufacturer and authorized of at least 7 years shall be furnished on non-judical stamp of required denomination. including VAT, labour cess, royalty, but excluding GST and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge |
| 2 | Solar Power road marker (Solar Studs) The solar studs shall be made of Aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white, red, yellow, green or blue or combination as directed by the Engineer. Its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with IS: 12063:1987 category 2 for protection against waler ingress. The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100 mm X 100 mm X 10 mm. It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide fong visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz. Its should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperrature range of -400C to +550C. Its life shall be not less than 3 Years.
