Taking out the blower from filter house by manual labour and required tripod chain pulley block and other tools & tackles as per site requirement. |
| 4 | Internally dismantling of air blower at the workshop by removing of all internal parts like helical gear, shaft with rooter, side plate, bearing, bearing plate, ring piston, bush and other parts as per job requirement. |
| 5 | Cleaning/Washing of blower from inner and outer side by using of chemical procesing. Removing of oil and oiling dust by scrubbing tools, emery paper and grinding. |

| 22 | Servicing of sluice valve by opening/cutting of nut bolts, policing cut on the spindle for easily working with nut and repairing of flap for accurate fixing of spindle nut including of assembling of valve by using of rubber packing and nut bolts. |
| 23 | Cleaning of silencer and internal stuck mes by scrubing tools and removing of dust out side from the silencer including maintane the interconnecting piping system for proper working by internally fitment as per job requirement. |
| 24 | Assembling of air blower on the workshop with its internal existing repaired and new manufacture provided spare parts one by one with proper alignment, oiling, greasing and making sound less by required tools & tackles as per job requirement. |
| 25 | Renovation / Repairing of old RCC foundation. Cutting / Removing of old worn-out MS studs and the fixing charge the same new stud with including civil work with material as per site requirement. |
| 26 | Replacement of lower side MS bend the job includes dismantling and removing of old worn out bend and fixing the same new. |
| 27 | Fixing of Air blower and motor on the foundation and connected with air line with its external parts like suction silencer, suction filter, pressure gauge, belt and other dismantled parts in all respect. The job includes making proper alignment with air line and motor to avoid the vibration and unnecessary sound and making the electric connecting after fixing of blowers. |
| 28 | Transport charges for tools & tackles and carrying the blowers at workshop to & fro Includes the charges of loading unloading. Including the transport charges for new spare parts from manufacture to our workshop. |
| 29 | Painting & primer charge for completed work has been executed in our scope with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint as per existing shade. Make of paint–Berger/Asian/neclossion/J & N. |
