| 2 | Material and Labour for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Matrial and Labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.50 mm Graded Stone aggregate in padding, finishing surface concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) of average thickness 40 mm in slope as required over roof complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | Material and Labour for 10 mm thick Plastering in CM 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and faircomplete all as specified and directed. WPC will be measured separately. |

| 6 | Material and Labour for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and applying APP membrane HMHDPE 3 Kg plain (thickness 3 mm) (total weight of the finished membrane not less than 3.0 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) confirming to IS 16540: 2017 of following operation complete all as specified and directed:-(a) Applying a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25⁰C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps, laying over the primer coat using Butane Torch and sealing all joints, overlapping etc. as per Annex D of IS 16540: 2017 (b) Applying hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over primer.(c) Laying of polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not than 3 kg/Sqm |
| 7 | Material and Labour for two coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gm/ Sqm as per manufacturer instruction over bituminous layer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Material and Labour for cutting grooves or chase in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and including filling with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing as mentioned in Annex D of IS 16532: 2017, IS 16540: 2017 compound complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Taking up or down 25 mm steel tubing and connections including clearing for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed. |
