Passive Components Bidder/Consortium shall provide the price bid for passive component comprising of Printer toner, papers, Network connectivity in accordance with T&C defined in this ATC. This price bid shall be quoted by Bidder/Consortium on Lumpsum quantity for a year, which shall be payable quarterly. The Bidder shall execute and maintain all internet connectivity services in the name of Facility -in-charge. However, such arrangement shall not be construed as creating any contractual, financial, payment, or other liability of the Competent Authority towards the Internet Service Provider (ISP). The Bidder shall remain solely responsible for the procurement, management, performance, payment, and compliance of all ISP services and shall bear all obligations, liabilities, costs, and risks associated therewith. All payments under the Contract shall be made exclusively to the Bidder, and no claim whatsoever shall lie against the Competent Authority by the ISP in connection with the services provided under this Contract.
