| 1 | Maintenance of Electrical Installation of all floors/blocks of the entire campus (both inside and outside building of B.P.Laboratory, Belgachia) including maintaining the Main and sub main LT panels, ST pole with fittings arrangement of compound lighting system, cleaning of HT panel of consumer, transformers ,Sub-Station etc with maintaining daily record for current, voltage of both HT & main LT panel and temperature of transformers at log book in 3 shifts/day including all sundays and holidays for period of twelve months. The Estimated rate has already been given (in Cell F14,F15,F16 of sheet 1 of BOQ) which is calculated considering prevailing minimum wages vide memo no. 27/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC Dated. 22/06/2026 of Additional Labour Commissioner, Govt. of West Bengal & also considering contribution to E.P.F., E.S.I. & Bonus vide memo no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal including 18% GST + 1% LWCIntending bidders are only required to quote the Service Charges/ Profit in Percentage (%) rate (Higher) in Cell M14,M15,M16 of Sheet 1 of BOQ. |
