| 1 | Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Electrical Installation , upto the control panels for Motors with in the entire Plant LT Panels with Sub-stations including E.I. at different office rooms, stair cases, Quarter, Compound illumination within the entire premises of Central Dairy, Belgachia in 03 (Three) shift per day including all sundays and holidays for period of twelve months. The Estimated rate has already been given (in Cell F14,F15,F16 of sheet 1 of BOQ) which is calculated considering prevailing minimum wages vide memo no. 27/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC Dated. 22/06/2026 of Additional Labour Commissioner, Govt. of West Bengal & also considering contribution to E.P.F., E.S.I. & Bonus vide memo no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal including 18% GST + 1% LWCIntending bidders are only required to quote the Service Charges/ Profit in Percentage (%) rate (Higher) in Cell M14,M15,M16 of Sheet 1 of BOQ. |
