2Complete Dismantling of PHE Pasteurizer Plant, Removing all the Channel Plate Gaskets and Corner Gaskets.
3Proper Dye Penetration Testing has to be carried out if required with Food Safety Norms, Damaged Plates have to be removed, Rectified by Welding or Replaced, Required Dye Penetration Kits, Dendrite, Brushes any other Consumables Tools Tackles, Man Power etc., are Contractor Scope
4Necessary New Plates have to be Replaced with Required Alteration Work along PHE Main Block Channel with Proper Alignment. All Plates Channel Gasket, and Corner Gaskets to be Fixed by using Dendrite Adhesive Solution.
5Necessary Welding Work have to be done in the Section Blocks. Also Welding Required in the Plates to Arrest the Leakages Through Cracks.
6Re-assembling Cleaned Plates, Gasket Fitted with PlateBlocks, Bolts, Milk Pumps, Hot Water Pump Chilled WaterPipeline, Holding Coil Duplex Filter, HomogenizerPipelines.
