| 19 | The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to Tenderers, General Conditons of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, Employer's Requirement, Scope of work, etc. |
| 20 | The rates and prices to be tendered in the Unit Priced Bill of Quantities (BOQ) are for complete work and would be paid on completion of work done on train basis. It will be deemed to include cost of all plants, labour, machine, tools, supervision, materials, mandatory components, non-mandatory components, consumables, disassembly, inspection, assembly, manpower, transportation charges to & fro, packing. major/minor repair and replacement of components, insurance, all taxes, GST, etc. |
| 21 | If the tenderer fails to quote their rates, the tender will be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 22 | Income Tax/TDS and other statutory deductions as applicable will be deducted from every bill by DMRC. |
| 23 | Tenderers shall quote their offered rates and GST in INR only. |
| 24 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as indicated in relevant clause of instructions to tenderers. |
| 25 | In case of any discrepancy between amount quoted in figures and in words, the amount in figures shall be treated as sacrosanct. |
| 26 | The financial Package (pricing Document) must be uploaded by the same person who is authorised as per the submitted Power of Attorney (POA) and who has uploaded the Technical Package using a valid Class-III digital,signature on behalf of the tenderer. APPENDIX- 3 PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS (Refer Clause C 2.2(d) of ITT) 1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document: Sr. No Clause Deviations Price adjustment for each deviation/s Note : 1. The Tenderer shall indicate price adjustment against each deviation in Annexure-N of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer. 2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents. 3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.
