| 1 | Annual repair, maintenance, servicing and Operation of Digital Control Conference System of DIS (Denmark) in Vidhan Sabha at Tapovan Dharamshala for a time period of One year and the description below.This includes providing one scheduled preventive maintenance quarterly to carry out the necessary servicing/repair of the system as required for optimal/reliable functioning of equipment complete in all respect as desired by Engineer - in- charge. This includes replacement/repair of any defect arising out of manufacturing defect. This would exclude replacements necessitated due to damage or breakage arising out of falls, accidents, transportations or failure due to misuse or causes other than ordinary use etc. as and when required .This includes with our scheduled preventive maintenance, the system should work erroneously but in case of any exigency, The firm shall additionally provide unlimited corrective maintenance calls during the Amc.This includes the Tools and tackles required to carry out such maintenance is included in the scope of work . In addition ,a set of fuse ,testing wire ,patch cords ,cleaning cloth , solder iron ,multi meter, UPS Batteries etc.shall be provided by the firm within scope of maintenance of the system etc.as and when required .This includes the Consumable such as batteries,lamp,lens.LCD panel etc. (As per manufacturer discretion) and mishandling of equipment is covered in the scope of work.The annual repair, maintenance and servicing of Digital Control Conference System of DIS make in H.P Vidhan Sabha at Tapovan Dharamshala for the Year 2025-26. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax and other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.Terms and Condition :-Same as item No.2 |
| 2 | Operation of the above system during each Vidhan Sabha Winter Session or at some other important occasion / function up till the time period of contract by deployment of qualified/Skilled Engineer/Operator for the purpose as required. Their is no limit of occassion /function which may be increased and decreased during the year. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax and other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.Terms and Condition :-The contractor shall have to deploy qualified/skilled person . The person shall have to be familiar about the system & equipments installed in the building. The contractor staff shall be fully equiped with necessary testing and safety equipments and shall follow all the safety measures strictly.This contract shall cover the annual i.e. 12 months maintenance, running, operation and testing of the Digital Control Conference System as per the scope of the work contained in the main abstract. This will also include the repair, such as replacement of electrical wires ,Signal Wires etc. as and when required.Competent service engineer/ technician will be required to attend break down calls as and when intimated within the least possible time but not more then 24 hours in any case, there is no limit of break down calls. The sole responsibility shall be of the firm to keep the whole system in running condition during the event/function will be conduct.The contractor will ensure that control system is attended / maintained his competent staff to ensure timely action in case of any damage during maintenance / operation will be the responsibility of the contractor and the Employer will not entertain any claim, compensation, and penalty. etc., on this account or on account of non observation of any other requirement of law relevant to his work.The work shall be carried out as per direction and up to the satisfaction of Engineer - in - Charge. The contractor shall have to submit the detail of person employed to the department with the address/ ID proof. The Contractor shall have to ensure the entry of only authorized persons into the building/control room. He shall ensure the safety of all the system equipments and material in the control room.
