| 1 | Providing and fixing factory made Double glass Unit fixed uPVC white color windows of misc. sizes comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.50 ± 0.2 mm. thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm. size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. Work also includes Providing, assembling and supplying Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) for window glazing in UPVC window as per the technical specification of the tender. The window should be installed in rectangular portion. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Work should be complete in all respect in finished item of work including of supply of all materials, labor, sundries, taxes CPOH and no any other payment will be made for this work.Fixed window / ventilator made of frame & mullion (if required), UPVC window shall be provided with Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) for window glazing in UPVC window as per the technical specification of the tender. The outer glass should be energy efficient, should have excellent solar protection, optimum light transmission. The window should be provided with all required hardware and accessories made of any one of the profiler Size of frame as per approved manufracturer and wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm. For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. The rate shall be include scaffolding for above work, if required. |

UPVC window shall be provided with Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) for window glazing in UPVC window as per the technical specification of the tender. The rate shall be include scaffolding for above work, if required. |
| 3 | Carefully dismantling the existing M.S. window along with all the accessories such as brass or any type of handles, glass including cutting the supports and stacking the M.S. sections and brass or any type of handles at designated places and and disposal of glass out of Bank premises. Approximate area of existing windows 150.00 Sqm. The rate shall be include scaffolding for above work, if required. |
| 4 | Repair the damaged/uneven portion of window sill, jamb and lintel with Cement mortar of 1:3 ratio (1 portion cement and 3 portion coarse sand) making the sill, jamb and lintel in line and level to prepare the surface to fix the UPVC window & painting the repaired portion for same look. The rate shall be include scaffolding for above work, if required. Note:- Measurement shall be taken only repaired portion for payment of bill. |
