| 1 | Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 300 KVAR, 415 V, 3-Phase, 50 Hz Automatic Power Factor Control (APFC) Panel of reputed make, complete with suitable 630 A, 50 kA MCCB incomer in suitable twelve (12) stages as per site Conditions and requirement, capacitor-duty contactors for each stage (12 Nos.), Smart APFC relay (12-step), Aluminum bus bars, ON/OFF indication for individual capacitor stages (12 Nos.) and suitable TP MCB's/HRC fuses for individual capacitor stages, control wiring, terminals, ventilation and all necessary accessories. The panel shall be fabricated in 14/16 gauge MS sheet, mounted on a rigid frame fabricated from 40 × 40 × 6 mm angle iron, complete with short-circuit and overload protection and suitable internal segregation/arrangement, with Auto/Manual selector switch, in a fully enclosed (capsuled) construction. The work shall also include Connecting existing power/control cables from the existing LT panel to the APFC panel, including cable glands, lugs, ferrules, termination and necessary accessories; providing and fixing of suitable cable trays/supports, clamps, hardware and structural supports; interconnection of the APFC panel with the existing LT system, including necessary Aluminum bus bar/cable termination, control wiring and modification in the existing LT panel; earthing of the APFC panel with GI strip/wire, lugs, clamps and allied accessories, Labour Charges, transportation, loading, unloading and shifting of the panel and associated material up to LIS Raya; and complete testing and commissioning, including checking of individual capacitor stages, APFC relay settings, contactor operation, power factor response and trial run under load including Labour Charges.
