| 2 | New Pick Up:- Fabrication of heavy duty Open Tipper body on new pick up vehicle with payload capacity of 2000 Kg for carriage/dumping of city garbage/trash/waste material of Municipal Council, Rajouri. The job includes complete dismantling of original body and other frames attached on the chassis and then Fabrication of rectangular subframe on main chassis out of M.S Channels 100x50x6mm of reputed make i.e. SAIL / JINDAL/TATA etc and reinforcement of the same by welding M.S Channels 100x50x6mm as cross members through the entire length of chassis for strengthening, even distribution of load and then securing the subframe to the chassis by means of various kinds of fasteners (16\\" U-Bolts) and welding of subframe with chassis by various attachment plates and then packing of entire subframe by using MS flat 50x10 mm. The job then includes Providing and fitting of hydraulic jack assembly of 03 Ton ( Double acting Cylinder ) suitable for under tipping body mechanism of standard make (WIPRO ,TATA etc) on the chassis sub frame through various brackets and attachments i.e up/down plates, adjustment brackets ,lower links, adjustment arm & arm sleeve, pins and bushes of assorted sizes etc made out from MS Sheet 20 mm (cut to size) and MS angle 50x50x6 mm by way of arc/ gas welding, providing and fitting of nuts, bolts, washers, rivets, etc. of assorted sizes and complete fitment to chassis subframe and inner bottom of the body and allied works for up and down motion of tipper along with fitment of hydraulic tank of suitable capacity and heavy duty hydraulic hoses . It also includes providing and fitting of hydraulic pump operated by means of PTO ( Power Take -Off) to be fitted inside driver's cabin to facilitate easy and comfortable operations. The job further includes strengthening of floor/bed using MS Sheet 4 mm ( 8'x3’4\\") with proper reinforcement from the bottom by using MS Angle 40x40x3 mm as cross members ( both vertical and horizontal), MS flat 40x6 mm & 20x3 mm ( cut to size) for packing and allied works by way of arc/ gas welding, providing and fitting of nuts, bolts, washers, rivets, etc. of assorted sizes and complete fitment. It further includes strengthening of side walls and tailgate using MS Sheet 02 mm ( 8'x3’4\\") and MS angle 25x25x4 mm(cut to size) for strengthening & reinforcement of the same by using panels made from MS Sheet 4 mm as cross members , welding J hooks, D -Pipe ( 2\\") , Square pipe 1.6\\"x 1.6\\", Pipe 3\\"x1.6\\" etc. The job also includes fabrication of pivoted brackets with pins and bushes of assorted size at the rear end to be welded with sub frame to ensure proper tilting of tipper body for unloading of material by way of MS Sheet 02 mm , MS Angle 50x50x 6 mm and and other allied material. In addition it also includes welding of vertical brackets with sub frame made out of MS Sheet 20 mm with rubber mountings at the top to facilitate easy and damp free placement of floor bed after unloading of material. The length and height of the vehicle body should strictly comply with permissible limits as per RTO J&K. The job includes providing and fitting of all material to be used during fabrication /fitment as mentioned above including welding electrodes, oxy-acetylene gas as required, drill bits, grinding wheels, boring & turning charges etc. all labour cost for cutting, bending, welding, handling and allied works, deployment of any type of tools & tackles during execution of job and HSD/Hydraulic oil required for testing on load after completion of work. Painting of the complete body after completion of work by scrubbing with steel wire brush & emery/sand papers, filling with putty as required and then spray painted with two coats of superior quality red oxide primer then applying multiple coats of enamel paint of reputed make. To resist corrosion the inner body should be coated with 2 coats of anti corrosive grey epoxy paint. The job includes painting, marking, logo making, and letter writing on body and cabin. The cost includes material labour charges and all taxes. |
