11)Static Testing of Alternator (Main Stator Winding , Rotor Winding , Exciter Rotor & Exciter Stator ) Befor Dismantling. 2) Marking od each part which Required to Remove Like (Bearing cover End cover Cooling ducts Exciter portion).3. Removal of exciter.4. Lifting of TGB & Thrust Coller.5. Lifting of top copper.6. De-couple turbine and rotor shaft.7. Removal of Bearing cooler,LGB.8. Thread out of rotor.9. Cryogenic cleaning of stator,rotor and other parts which need to clean with Co2.10. Checking Bearing condition, bearing seals ,Tightness of wedges by tapping, checkig of core,space heaters etc.11. Cleaning of Stator ,Rotor Exciter Stator & Excitor Rotor Using Co2 Dry ice Cleaning process.12. After complete Cleaning of alternator parts curing of each cleaned part 10-12 hrs. @80-100 Deg. C.13. Appling Red Becktol after curing.14. Assembling of Alternator.Checking air gap between Stator and Rotor if possible..15. Allignment /Centering of complete rotor with turbine.16.
