Name of Work:- Construction of Temporary Bus Stand along with vehicle turning area and parking zone for pilgrim busses, barricading and drop gate at Harwood Point including subsequent restoration of land under Diamond Harbour Highway Division, P.W.(Roads) Dte. in the district of South 24 Parganas for ensuring GS Mela 2027 ( Spot - 5).

1Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 201)By Manual Means In area of light jungle
2Maintenance of Earth Shoulder (stripping excess soil) Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor as per the requirement of MORT&H's specification 3003. Note The earth stripped from earthen shoulders to be dumped on the side slopes locally for disposal.
3Supplying, spreading and compacting Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary.
4Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. (d) Soling or dry pavement with one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern over a layer of brick flat (thickness 125 mm plus 75 mm)
5Supplying of Silver Sand stored & stack at site
6Supplying of Brick bats stored & stack at site
7Supplying empty cement bags in good condition & filling empty cement bags with earth and placing them in position including tying and sewing mouth (cost of thread included) and all incidental charges complete but including cost od gunny bags and earths
8Supplying of Mazdoor (Male) for emmergent petty works during mela with axe, shovels, jhora etc.
9Labour for taking out one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern over a layer of brick flat (thickness 125 mm plus 75 mm) brick-on-end including removing debris to flank or berm sorting out serviceable materials and stacking.
10GST @ 18.00% over Sl. No. 1 to Sl. No. 9
