| 1 | Recovery of refrigerant from existing Daikin make chiller system, including isolation of the chiller, recovery of refrigerant, disconnection of associated piping and control connections, dismantling of discharge line and existing electrical control panel/VRD, safe handling and shifting of the dismantled VRD/control panel to the designated location, and reinstallation and re-assembly thereof, including reinstallation of discharge line, reconnection of electrical/control wiring and associated connections, proper termination and tightening of all connections, vacuumising and pressure testing of the chiller/refrigeration system, charging of recovered refrigerant as required, testing and commissioning of the complete system for satisfactory operation, including all necessary labour, tools, tackles and equipment, complete in all respects as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Supplying and charging of refrigerant gas R-134A in Daikin make chiller system, including pressure testing with nitrogen, complete evacuation and vacuumising of the refrigeration circuit, supplying and providing capillary filter of suitable size, replacement/fitting of necessary joints and consumables, leak testing and charging of refrigerant to the required pressure as per manufacturer’s recommendations, testing and commissioning of the system for satisfactory operation, complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
